Minor Obsessions (M.O.) only accepts returns of unworn pieces in the original packaging within 14 days of the date of purchase.
M.O. will happily issue a refund minus the shipping costs. Please note that credit card refunds can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
All returns must be issued a return authorization number (RA#) from our corporation prior to returning for a refund. Please email hello@minorobsessions.com to obtain this number, and mark it clearly on your return package.
M.O. will not sign for or accept any packages without an RA# and is not responsible for any further shipping costs this may incur. M.O. highly recommends you certify and insure your shipments as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
At this time, M.O. does not allow exchanges. We recommend a return of an unwanted item, and then placing a new order. We do not issue store credits.
If an item is out of stock and you have requested to be on the waiting list, we will contact you by email as soon as the inventory is replenished. We make every attempt to have our items available within one week.
M.O. jewelry is delicate and should be handled with care. We are not responsible for lost jewelry.
To request a repair, kindly email. Once a repair is authorized, further instructions and a confirmation number will be emailed to you. Repair times may vary and are handled on a case by case basis. M.O. highly recommends you certify and insure your repair shipment as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Our floss, by nature, is delicate. With time and wear it will fray, fade, and/or break. If you would like to have complimentary replacement floss mailed to you, so that you can thread the charm yourself, please email the following information to hello@minorobsessions.com.
Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery via USPS first class mail.
Should you wish to have your charm rethread by M.O, we are happy to do so for $10 + shipping. Please email for an authorization number and instructions.
